Shipping policy
Where we ship. Pupmallow ships within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery time. We ship from two warehouses, and the item you order decides which one. Every product page tells you which applies before you buy.
- From our US warehouse — 2 to 7 business days. Most of our beds, crates and car seats ship this way.
- From our partner warehouse overseas — 7 to 12 days, tracked the whole way. Our toys, the water bottle, and a few of our beds ship this way.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on every US order, from either warehouse. No minimum.
Orders with items from both warehouses. They arrive as separate parcels, at no extra cost, and you get a tracking link for each one.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays. During peak seasons and holidays delivery may take a little longer. If your order is late, email hello@pupmallow.com and we will help right away.
Address changes. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it if the parcel has not left the warehouse.
