Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love every Pupmallow order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Returns: Return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email hello@pupmallow.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. You won't need to return the original.

 

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, used items and final-sale products can't be returned unless they arrived faulty.
