About Pupmallow

Pupmallow is a small independent shop selling one narrow thing: soft places for dogs to land. Beds, hooded caves, crate furniture, and a few things for the car and the walk.

Why only comfort

We do not try to sell everything a dog needs. No food, no treats, no supplements, no collars. We picked the corner of the house where a dog spends most of its day and we stayed there. It means we can be particular about the twelve or so things we carry instead of vague about two hundred.

How we choose what to carry

Every product has to clear four things before it goes on this site. It has to be something other shops have already sold enough of that we can see it holds up. It has to reach a US address in a reasonable time with tracking. It has to leave enough margin that we can afford to replace it when something goes wrong. And it has to look like it belongs in a home rather than a warehouse.

Most of what we look at fails at least one of those. That is the point of having them.

Where your order comes from

We do not hold our own warehouse. Our products ship from partner warehouses, and we are straightforward about which one. Most of our beds, crates and car seats leave a US warehouse and reach you in 2 to 7 days. Our toys, the water bottle, and a few beds come from a partner warehouse overseas in 7 to 12 days, tracked the whole way. Every product page says which applies before you buy, and shipping is free either way.

We think being plain about this is better than promising two days on everything and quietly disappointing a third of our customers.

Thirty nights

Dogs are particular about where they sleep, and no amount of description tells you whether yours will claim a bed. So take thirty nights. If your dog never makes it their spot, write to us and we will make it right. We would rather sort out one order properly than argue about a return policy.

Who you are writing to

Pupmallow is run by a very small team. When you email hello@pupmallow.com, a person reads it, usually within a day. There is no queue, no ticket number, and no script.

If something arrives damaged, if a size is wrong, if you just want to ask whether the Large will fit a 60 lb dog before you order — write. We would rather answer first than refund later.
